I am just wondering can we setup an approval process in Microsoft Dynamic CRM 365??? If so, how can achieve it?

For what part of CRM? These can usually be achieved by putting an authorisation level or monetary value on the user records and then having a workflow check these at certain points
I have one for Purchase Orders
Individual Users can authorise a Purchase Order upto the value of £100, If it is for more than this the record is then assigned to the Team manager who has a higher approval value
