I have tried to edit this in word but there isn't an option to insert a VAT field. Or even a total field including VAT.
I tried to formulate it in a table so that it took the XML net total field and multiplied by 1.2... but this just shows as 0?
Are you referring to report 1016? If so it would need development to include it

Development meaning you need a customisation to have what you want. Something that your MS partner can do. Small so they may do it as a freebie. Failing that have a look on appsource for document customizing apps.

Did you ever find a solution for this. I realize Josh suggest that our MS Partner may do this change as a freebie, but that is not going to happen. A charge of 100.000$ is just as likely as a freebie.
But I think from a technical point of view Josh is right - it must be a small task to make the VAT amount and total incl. VAT available.
