I am trying to connect ADLS gen2 to my customer insights trial. I followed this instruction Connect to an Azure Data Lake Storage account by using a Microsoft Entra service principal - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn step by step but still got error Storage access forbidden.
I have assigned my contributor role to Dynamics 365 AI for Customer Insights in my storage account so I think this connection error shouldn't happen.
Dynamics 365 AI for Customer Insights is created using command New-AzureADServicePrincipal -AppId "0bfc4568-a4ba-4c58-bd3e-5d3e76bd7fff" -DisplayName "Dynamics 365 AI for Customer Insights" using Microsoft Entra ID PowerShell for Graph https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/data/connect-service-principal#create-a-new-service-principal
