We are using CRM 2011 outlook client(RU8,on premise and Outlook 2007). Getting the below error message while converting certain emails to case. Can any one help me to fix this issue?

you can also perform the email convert to Email through workflow.
if it is related to the OOB tab on Outlook client then we will require log files.

I recommended you to take the traces from your CRM for Outlook.
The way to take it is the next: support.microsoft.com/.../2862031
Then, you can validate the info there and check if is something related with the communication, or with your plugin.
