I have a user that I've tried everything.  They posted a question and now are unable to log in to reply or post another??  I've used different machines (different browsers), incognito sessions, etc.  They can log into all things 365 with company licensing of E3 and can log into the general Microsoft Community, but not Dynamics specific one??

    Hello,
     
    If they have created a D365 community profile but are unable to log in now, please have them open a support request via: https://aka.ms/D365CommunitySupport - and include details such as profile name, emailid, forum thread URLs they are trying to respond to, any errors seen, unexpected results, etc.
     
    Another way to help troubleshooting is to include the session id when the issue was encountered. They can get the session id via the little lightning bolt icon tab on the upper right of any community page.
