I have set up merge fields in my document template with Data Label. Then I created a workflow in Dynamics CRM to create an envelope using document template id. Within the workflow I've created a docusign merge field step to feed value from CRM entity into DocuSign template using Data Label.
Upon running the workflow from record, document template get sent to recipient but merge field is not populated.
Any help is much appreciated.
