Unable to export in Citrix

After recently installing Dynamics NAV in citrix everything seems to be working fine but receiving this error when trying to do a export:

    Hello,

    The message reads "remote host". Maybe have a look at the "remote host". Most likely the NST server (application event log file). How are you performing the export? Is there customization in place and what build of NAV 2018 you are running with?
