Is there any way to link two instances of crm 365?
Instance 1 - form - user enters the data on the form
Instance 2 - related form - this should fetch the data entered on the instance 1.
Or what else could be the best approach to link the instances?
Hi Snitika,
No, you cannot share data between two dynamics instances. Each instance maintain its own database. If you are still in the design phase i.e. if you do not have these instances yet and are still planning than I would suggest you to consider business units instance of having 2 separate instance. But again t=BU or instance depends upon your overall requirement.
Hop this helps.
One option is to use Microsoft flow and Common Data Service.
You can create a table in common data service.
Than use flows to move data out of instance-1 to CDM and from CDM to instance-2
Here are some links -

Hope this helps.
We had to do this because we cannot use the cloud 365 for some of our data. We have an SSIS server running integration between the two servers at night.
