Hi.
Currently per week there are about 750,000 no. change log entries, We are using the Finance, Manufacturing and Sales.
weekend we manually export the change log to a excel and delete them.
I need to know is there a way to over wright the entries within the system itself.
Like when the entries reach 1,000,000 to start from 1 and over write the change log entry.

No there is no process of overwriting. As suresh suggestes need to write customize codeunit or report to execute the requirement
Not in standard NAV, you have to create a job queue process which you can schedule over night to do the process for you. You need to create a customize report/codeunit which will do that for you.
