Why Advanced filter in Sales order doesnt show all status order of Sales order. Its quite confusing for users to not see Sales order status of not created or cancelled.

why are you using the Return Status as the citeria in the filter?
Have you tried to use the normal sales status? With the sales status it should be possible to filter the sales orders correctly.

Hi Raphael,
Few of the return orders end users are unable to see and they are not processing it and that is the reason we wanted to check why there is a conflict of All sales orders but couldnt find the details on that.

Did you try to insert the corresponding return status column in the insert column to see its status, just like screenshot shown:
