Finances and operations - View workflow history in a recalled Purchase agreement

I would like to view the workflow history of a recalled PA, I have tried to find the workflow history through modules->common->inquiries->workflow history, but there is no specific workflow shown there. Is there any other method I can view the workflow history of the PA again? Many thanks!

Hi,

With the system administrator role or information technology manager role, there is an option to set the view of the workflow history form to cancelled workflows. In that case, you should be able to find the recalled workflow details.

Hi,
You can navigate to Module > Common > Inquiries > Workflow History to select the status of the workflow. When the workflow is recalled, its status is canceled. You can select canceled in the tab, and the list will display the status of canceled Workflow. You can also click go to details and a list of tracking details for this workflow will be displayed.
