Event viewer error while logging into D365BC web application

Type: Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.UI.FormNotFoundException

Message: The logical form as specified in parameter with name 'TopmostForm' could not be found in the current session.

Web GUI returns to user:

Something went wrong.

An error occurred
