If you check "Show related records" when adding a sub-grid to the form, the related records will be displayed.

Thanks alot. I have also read that we can take use of Quick view form. Thanks for clarifying it in detail.

    Much appreciated!!!

    Hello Aisha,

You can use quick view form basically in this situation. Create a Account quick view form with the Industry as the sub grid.

Now add this quick view form on the contact main form and use the Account relationship in the quick view form.

and as the account which you have selected in the contact form the data will be also displayed in the sub grid.

How do you link your contact with account? If you are NOT using the Account Name field(this is a special type of lookup field with limitations) on contact then you can create a quick view form of account, this form contains the subgrids and you can insert this quick view form to contact.

    Hi Aisha1985,

If there is no direct relationship then it is going to show records. You need to use HTML, Power Apps Component framework, or Canvas App to solve your problem.

If I answer your question then please mark it as verified.

Let me know if I can provide you with more details.

    Thanks
