Set regarding contact for email in queue

Hi 

I have a queue set up in Dynamics, but when I try to send an email, the 'regarding' field doesn't automatically populate with the relevant contact and does not appear on the contact card. I'm not sure if there's a setting I need to enable, or if there's some other reason why the email isn't being tracked on the correct contact. anyone knows whats missing?
