We have an email router setup with separate incoming and outgoing setups that test okay with each users's email but then when an email is sent by that user, it shows up as coming from another user's email address?
Have not been able to solve this and it's the same for every individual user with individual email accounts, all of them show up as coming from the one user.

There are multiple things you would need to check.
