I am trying to help a client who has upgraded their PCs from Win XP to Win 7 (64 Bit) and so far i have got everything working ok on the Windows 7 machine except the Bank Pro Module.
I have rang the support team who support GP and they sent me a file named "BankPro v10.0.45.cnk" which I believe is the latest version of Bankpro and the instructions were to drop it in the GP folder and login as admin and it will prompt to accept a new code. Accept he prompt and it works.
I have done this and logged in as the admin account and nothing happens. When you log into a company on the home page there is folder called "Installs" and one option is "Install BankPro" but when you click on it nothing happens. We have paid for the module but if the support company is to install this on the new machine they treat this as a chargeable item and we don't want to pay for something that is probably very easy to do if you know what you are doing. I don't know why they just wont show me but I cant force their hand.
Any help would be great.
