Good Morning For All

I'm Working In Rms Version 2.0.2000

and i Have 15 Stores

I'm want Delete 40000 Item From Table Item

Can I Make This From any Work Sheet Or we must Deleted It from sql server IN Each Store ?

Thank you for your question.

Please note that we do not support deleting items from a database, as this can leave orphaned entries on other tables that referenced the deleted items. This can cause to database structure and stability concerns, including the possibility of database corruption.

The option to inactivate and block sales of those items is the recommended course of action that we recommend.

(this item id not in transactions_entry and purchase_entry)

i will delete it from item and Alias and kit and supplierlist

(could you tell me any other tables to delete id_items from it )?

No worksheet exist to apply this job.

The recommendation is deactivate this items and then block sale.

If you need to delete you have to do it from SQL, but you have to check first that no movement for this items (sales or inventory transactions)
