Hi friends, I'm trying to change the BatchID of an unposted SOP transaction already printed, I can enter to edit the printed sop document, change de batchID, save the change but... after close the transaction entry window I notice that my sop document still have the old BatchID. I've tried with 'sa' and other 'power user' without success, any idea?

I change batch IDs all the time on printed SOP transactions, there should be no issue with this. Can you check to see if you can move a transactions that has not been printed to another batch? If so, can you confirm that Edit Printed Documents is checked on the Sales Fulfillment Order/Invoice Setup window for the Invoice ID you're trying to move?
Also, what version and SP of GP? Do you have any customizations or 3rd party add-ons?

Perhaps a silly question but I look for missing words. Did you SAVE the transaction after editing the Batch ID or just close your window? Try opening Sales Transaction Entry, opening the sales transaction, editing the batch ID, click the SAVE button to save the transaction, then lookup the transaction again. Same result??
