Hi
a few day as ago I tested importing data from the template spreadsheet in the assisted data migration tool. It worked
I am now poised to transfer all the items in that we have put together on spreadsheet and transferred the data to the template . It says that it has transferred the data but when we go to the Items none are transferred. I have tried the following
1) switched user and tied again
2) switched profile
3) tried one single record
4) tried limited number of fields
I did the above with the other facility on the Items page Edit in Excel but could not add a line only edit existing lines.
I have already imported data from quickbooks previously ie GL, Vendors and Customers
ps. I untick the Items box to allow it to load all
