Upon checking, the BIN contents table, although I have Qty. on Hand, I have existing Pick Lines for few PCS .So, the reason why BC is not auto populating the Bin Code because there is nothing to PICK.
This is the reason why some of PICKs have blank BIN because quantity has been been applied to others SO/PICKs.
I deleted the other Sales order existing Pick lines and warehouse shipment lines, then my present SO pick lines picked the Bin code and qty from the available inventory(Qty on Hand).
