My organization uses D365 CRM and D365 FnO, and we employ dual-write solutions for synchronizing data between both systems. This integration worked fine for seven months until we suddenly encountered the error below on June 28, 2024. We have conducted thorough investigations, health checks, and troubleshooting, and everything seems to be functioning correctly.
Our current suspicion is that the CRM dual-write solution might be the cause of the issue, especially since we noticed an update to the solution before the problem arose (please see the screenshot below). Additionally, we are unsure if the error shown is the actual cause of the issue, as we do not recall setting up an application key and key vault for these activities, nor can we find them in our Azure infrastructure.
Currently, every time we create or update records in the affected entities, we encounter this issue.
