Viewing attachments saved in a timeline

We can no longer see or open attachments placed in the timeline.

Is there a solution to this issue, as we have lost the ability to see or open any attachments we've made to our CRM.  We do not use Sharepoint to store our documents, and instead store them directly into the CRM.

I can see that they are still there only by selecting the edit function on that particular post, at which point I can delete the attachment but not open it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

My users started experiencing an issue this morning where they can't open all attachments from the Timeline either.  Some they can, some they can't.  We have made no changes to our Production environment since last week.  I'm still troubleshooting on my end, but first thought is Microsoft did something overnight.

    Thanks for replying Tina.

We still haven't found a solution.  You mentioned some attachments could still be viewed / opened?

For us it's all attachments saved on a timeline are a problem.  Can you tell me the file types that are working for you as that might help us work out what's going on.

    Cheers

We have pdf's that won't download and other pdf's that will download.  I'm still researching on our end, but I did log a support ticket with Microsoft.

I've checked some more cases, and it seems to be pdf's.  I can open doc and jpeg on the same emails.

    Hello Tina,

You can try out Zap Attachment Viewer App (with drag-and-drop) to view/preview consolidated list of attachments for any record.
