Can anyone tell me what window should open when you navigate to the following location and why it wouldn't open even if I am logged in as the administrator.
Health Insurance Enrollment window - Benefits (Go To Option) - Payroll
When we click on this option, even as the SA user, nothing happens.

When you select 'payroll', the payroll deduction code that is associated with their HR plan should open up.
That said, this window will only open up if you have these codes associated with one another.
