Error with Remote Assist Requiring One Drive For Business

I am in a remote assist call with two users: Both are licensed for Teams, and both users have One Drive, and the Hololens has a full Remote Assist license. 

I am trying to send files during the call but am getting the error: "

Sorry, you need OneDrive for Business to share files
See your admin about getting a license.

"
I have checked the files in the side option, One Drive is not listed there at all. 
Please help!

    Hello Dark Lake Software,

    With the same user as the Remote Assist user are you able to access OneDrive via PC?  OneDrive access isn't included with the Remote Assist license, just Teams. You will need to assign a license (typically Office) that includes OneDrive to that user. I think once you've done that you'll be able to access OneDrive from inside Remote Assist.
