Workflow Email Using Outlook with Dynamics GP 2018.5

We recently upgraded to Dynamics GP 2018.5 so we would be able to use the workflow emailing with the multifactor authentication in the upgraded Office 365.  I cannot get the test email to send from our upgraded GP.  What settings do I need to use after the upgrade? The only information I can find is detail for Dynamics GP 2018.2 and lower.
