Hi Maria, just making sure.
I don't have anyone on GP 10 SP 4 yet, so I can't answer about BP. Might be one for Microsoft Tect Support?
Have you looked for any documentation on line? Did you find anything?
If you had the time, and there is a pressing need to go to SP4, you could always back everything up, apply the service pack and test? If you do go down this route, let us know your findings.
