Edit in Excel in SaaS deployment

Hello,

Related to:
(99+) Important change related to OnPrem customers that use the Edit in Excel functionality - Dynamics 365 Business Central Forum Community Forum

This update has been rolled out to production environments in all regions, but we are seeing some issues where the customer is not able to login, due to caching of the old add-in.

Currently the mitigation is to wait until the cache expires. The roll-out happened late yesterday evening (around 11 PM UTC) and the caching is set for 1 day. Hence within 12 hours any such issues will be resolved.

The symptoms of this is a “not authenticated” loop or blank authentication dialog.

Thank you.
