We has just installed Sales app in MS 365, but the default form and layout opened as TABLET LAYOUT, not layout of Application in web. Please help me check any miss configuration in this case. Thank for your supporting.

This is not tablet layout, this is the new layout of Dynamics 365 version 9.
It is part of the Unified Interface.
Since this is a new environment for you, if you did not import any data yet, you can go to the Office Portal, and in the Dynamics 365 Admin Center:
Select user Sandbox Instance and click Reset
In the Target Version, select Dynamics 365 and not July 2017 Update for Dynamics 365
