D365FO - Where to set the default system language?

Hi there,

Could you please point where I could set the system language which is by default. I know there is Modules \ Common \ User options \ Preferences where the user can set his/her own language. But where can I set the default system language?

    It's set at System administration \ Setup \ System parameters
