Navigation Options different in Production vs Sandbox

Hi,

I am trying to customise business central login and came across the useful feature of bookmarking a page. I read microsoft article on it however I do not see the bookmark option in the production environment. When i tried the same in sandbox, i could see the bookmark and it was working fine. 

Is this something to do with permissions:

Sandbox view with additional bookmark and new window navigation items highlighted.

Production environment for the same window with no option to bookmark or open in new window:

Will appreciate some guidance on this.

    This feature is available starting from 15 version (D365BC wave 2, October 2019 release).

    It could be that your Sandbox environment was already upgraded to the 15 version, but the Production environment was not upgraded yet.

    Please check the versions of your Production & Sandbox environments via the Business Central Admin Center.

    The production and sandbox have different.

    The bookmark is available from version 15 on October. So your production have not been upgraded to the latest one.
