Extract text from PDF attachment in email with MS FLOW

Hi I recieve an email with sales order details in a PDF attachment. I want to extract this information and create a sales order with help of MS Flow. Can anyone tell me how I can get the PDF document converted to plain text I can read and use in my Flow?

I think this question is more related to MS Flow than Dynamics 365, so you might want to ask it in a more suitable forum.
