We have a credit limit hold when an order is transferred to fulfillment. The order type is locked down but one large order shows no hold release information while all other orders of that type have it. I have even checked the SOP10104 table but there is no record for that transaction.
Is it possible to somehow by pass the process if one knows how? Never heard of this before and of course the fulfillment order is for 40K. I am not sure where to look or even how it could be done. Is this a known bug of some sort? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Tom,
I would recommend submitting a support incident so that an engineer can take a closer look by possibly streaming into your system to see the issue. If you have the system set up to hold during the transfer to fulfillment process then it will do this. I wouldnt be able to tell you exactly what happened here since I would need to take a closer look at the data. However I can tell you that I am not aware of a process that will allow someone to bypass the hold process you put in place.
Is it possible that someone could have turned the hold process off for this order? Was this order entered in the system and saved before you put the hold process in motion?
As I mentioned I would recommend submitting a support incident to have the data looked at. However it will be hard to determine what caused it if it cannot be replicated.
Best regards,
Dan Moore
