Call Center SetUp Issue

Hello Everyone, i hope all of you are doing great.

Actually i 'm setup Call Center functionality in my environment. But when we uncheck the "Enable Order Completion" control on call setup form then system will not allow me to confirm the sales order i.e. Sales Order Confirmation button disable. Please refer attached screen shot for your reference.

Please suggest me if i'm doing something wrong ..!

Order Type is "Sales Order"

I'm already check above shared link but nothing will helpful for me.

I am also cross verify my setup part by using above link but its also not helpful for me.

Hi Mayur,

What is your order type?

Journal type sales order cannot be confirmed, you need to change it to sales order type.
