I've just done the following:-

1. Signed up for a Dynamics 365 Business Central sandbox.
2. Downloaded Visual Studio Code.
3. Downloaded the AL Language extension.
4. Press Alt+A, Alt+L to trigger the AL Go! command, and then choose Microsoft cloud sandbox
5. On executing AL: Download symbols I get the errors below:-

Please check below Post by Stefano :

    demiliani.com/.../dynamics-365-business-central-permissions-for-downloading-symbols

Check your permission for below 2 points :

    1. Be sure you do not have your SUPER permission only per Company, OR

    2. Add D365 EXTENSION MANAGEMENT role to the user WITHOUT specifying any Company

Make sure  D365 EXTENSION MGT is granted in the Cloud Sandbox environment and try run " AL " Clear Credentials Cache" in VS Code

My D365 EXTENSION MANAGEMENT & SUPER user settings are displayed earlier in this trail. Are they correct? I tried "AL" Clear Credentials Cache and still got the errors shown at the top of this trail. Any new ideas?

can you check the user which you are using to connect and what are the permission given to that user.

your screenshot earlier is the permission set , please screenshot the user permission instead.
