I would like to know is there anyway i can add in image column into the table and every row of data will show the image for the Active Report?
If yes,
What software can i use to amend or how am i going to amend?

if you are talking about Microsoft RMS because you said active reports, then you cant do this because the report engine doesn't handle images from the database.
If you are talking about POS 2009 then you might be able to modify the rdl reports to support this.

Also you would need sql 2005 BIDS to modify the POS 2009 Reports.
