Is it possible to modify the Outlook app so the lookups under the "Set Regarding" search are in a different order?

So over on the far right is cases, I'd like to move that all the way over to the left so it's after All.

As of now, you cannot change the existing UI. Maybe this feature will be available in future updates

Hi partner,

Unfortunately, this is impossible.

In addition, in the latest version of Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, entities under "Set Regarding" search are displayed in a vertical row.

So in future versions, this UI will become easier to search.
