In Dynamics 365, we are facing weird issues.
We have a functionality implemented to create a case from incoming email and we have used the Auto record creation feature of Dynamics 365.
In this functionality, we are setting the Email body into the description field of Case entity. After creating a case, if we open the case record in UCI, we can see the email content of the email body in UCI, but in a classic, we can see the exact content in the Description field whatever content we can see in the Email body.
Has anyone faced this issue and found any resolution for this?
