Can you delete sales ledger accounts if they have historical transactions?

For example, a historical customer has contacted you after a number of years and requested that their account be deleted.   They have old transactions, but does it allow you to delete the record?

    Hi,

    Yes, you can delete the customer as long as all the documents are closed. The movements will not disappear.
