Screen navigation

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have a situation that when a user logs into the system via RDP all works well, however, when they log in from their workstation with the SL client installed, all of the navigation button and descriptions appear as numbers.

For example: when on a screen or report and you click on the blue button with the white flags, instead of seeing Copy, Paste, Save, etc.... you see 10900, 10010, 10020, etc...

Check the region/language settings.  Change to be US if it's not.  For SL 7, I recall there was a hotfix. Not sure about 2011.

You don't mention the Dynamics SL version you are using, but here are two links that might be helpful...
