a couple of days before an error occured while conversion of Requisition to PO in business portal.
"Unable to add entity because is already exists" as shown in below screenshot.
i have checked, sites are assigned to item properly, and vendor also assigned. this problem is occuring with all requistions. any idea how to resolve this problem??
i also restarted IIS and server of business portal.

Check the PO number on the purchase order processing setup and change it to different number and try this again.
