Hi All,
Need you guidance on customer account statement address.
The customer account statement (external) prints the company primary address on the statement. In our case we want a different address to be printed on the statement (only on customer account statement). Is it possible to add the address somewhere in setup or do we need to change the report to include the address.

By default it takes company postal address and to change it you have to customize the report. Another option is to install modern business forms https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/analytics/install-modern-report-design-templates there address is configurable in document branding.

To add to Ievgen's feedback, a third option is using the new business documents that you can design easily in Excel as required.
