Hello,
I created a new 1:N relationship in between Appointments and Tasks and I am not able to select Appointments among entities behind Regarding Lookup on Task entity. The Regarding field is also not populated when I create e.g. multiple Tasks from Subgrid on Appointment entity.
Is there any solution?

You created a custom relationship between Tasks and Appointments, so on the Task you must have automatically created a lookup field for Appointment and this field is populated. "Regarding" field on the other hand is completely different field, for different type of relationship and you cannot make your Appointment to be chosen in that relationship. But as I said - there must be a field on your Task that points to Appointment (you can check the name of the field in your relationship properties), so you have this information, just not in the out-of-the-box "Regarding" field. Maybe you named your new field "Regarding" and you have two field with the same name and simply looking at wrong one?
