Autonumbering function

I am using XRM toolbox to configure autonumbering for dynamics 365 , there is an option that says Delete Attribute, does anyone know whether this just deletes the attribute from a list in xrm toolbox or an attribute in the actual dynamics solution?

    XRM toolbox connects to your Dynamics instance so i would of said it would delete it in D365. Use your sandbox to confirm this.

    It will delete from CRM.
