Opportunity PDF-DOCS is not working

Opportunity PDF-DOCS is not working and not generating or downloading the word template (PDF Version) that is created for opportunity entity. 

When I click on PDF-DOCS, then word template name, then download as pdf, a new separate window will pop-up and load for few seconds then nothing will happen (Blank Page). After That I close the new window and go to notes I find a docx document attached to notes!

PDF-DOCS is working perfectly in all other entities, even entities that are recently added.

Your help is much appreciated

    What was causing this issue is special characters in the template document name. I've solved this issue by changing Opportunity word document template and remove any special characters from the template name, in my case ( - and & were causing this problem)

    Sorry for the confusion. Both the links are for the company that has developed PDF-Docs. Suggestion was to contact their support team directly.

    Your first link is not what I want because i've already done that as i mentioned pdf-docs is working perfectly in all other entities.
