Font Size is printing smaller on GP Reports through thick client

Unfortunately I'm having to move a large number of GP 2010 users from a Citrix Thin-client implementation to a traditional GP Thick Client local installation. During the testing phase, end users are complaining that the font on all reports is much smaller then the previous Citrix solution. Is there a way to change the font size universally across all reports when printed. If they print to PDF and then print it comes out as a larger font.

These articles have some information in them about controlling font typeface and size through Dex.ini and changing the font.

I would start with these and see if they help with this issue.
