Could you share your online version? If the issue still exists with each browser without any customization. You could raise a service ticket to ask MS engineer for remote validation.

Hi,
you can temporary turn off the JS during formload, and clear the browser cache.
You can try to check with another browser and see if that's making any difference.
I've fixed this in the past by clearing the cache and cookies of the browser.
