ReportWith version 15 the new Role Explorer was added if you click the icon with the three horizontal bars. This will show all available options for your profile. From that page you have an option to "Explore All" and this will show all available options also for other profiles.
If you are missing that option, you have most likely no profile marked as to be shown in the Role Explorer. You can do this by editing a profile and set the check to "Show in Role Explorer". If you have at least one profile marked like that, you will get the Explore all option in the Role Explorer.
