Customer Creation Workflow

Dear Experts,

I have one requirement from one of my customer, as follows

There will be workflow if any customer creation is required?

I know there is a workflow for proposed changes, however I have checked and that only works for the existing customer and not for new customer.

Please suggest if there is any out of box feature in D365?

    I could not find any workflows for creating customers. As you mentioned we have the workflow for proposed changes. Below you can find details :

    Thanks Sheela, however I am afraid, this does not work with new customer.

    It only works when any changes required in any created customer.

    Hi Ramit,

    A workflow for new customers is not available out of the box. This would require a customization.
