I have an item that's negative in Available physical, Available physical on exact dimension, Available for reservation
But physical inventory is positive.
How to find and resolve this problem?

This is view is incorrect. Are you aware of possible customizations which could lead to this situation? You can try to correct the data by running a consistency for the Inventory management module and set Check/Fix to Fix. (Menu path: System administration > Periodic tasks > Database)

It seems that "physical negative inventory" is selected for the Item's Inventory model group. That is the reason your available physical shows negative. If that parameter is selected, you can do the shipments even though you don't have the stock.
