Business central 14 Business chart issue

HI, I am not able to use Business chart in BC 14, and getting the following error 
/cannot convert from 'UserControl Chart: /Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.BusinessChart/' to '__MissingTypeSymbol__/

When I searched I found out that, this issue exists in BC 14 as described in this github thread:
https://github.com/microsoft/AL/issues/4941 

I want to know the resolution for this issue ? Has it been fixed in some version of BC 14? I have tried multiple versions but same issues exists in all versions or there is some other way to fix it like importing of some objects may be ?
